Replacement: At Colin Strauss Pet Photography, we value our customers and strive to provide them with the very best experience possible when they book a Photography session with us. We provide quality service and products which can be enjoyed for years to come. The consultation process prior to the photo session is substantive and allows us to share ideas and make decisions about the type of images we wish to create. Communication is the key to a great outcome. It ensures that we each hold the same vision and work toward it. Following the Photo session, digital proofs will be provided to customers so that they can approve and select images they wish to purchase.  Our guarantee of providing quality products means that should there be any concerns with printed and/or framed products, this should be communicated to Colin Strauss Pet Photography at the time of receival. Arrangements can then be made for replacement of damaged product/s. To be eligible for a replacement of damaged product, please take a photo clearly showing the issue of concern at the time of opening the parcel. Send this image/s via email to colin@petphotos.au with a written description of your concerns and a phone number so that we can contact you. We will then reply with details of how we will proceed.

Refunds: Because of the rigorous consultation process during planning and selection of images to be printed and framed, a refund will only be granted in exceptional circumstances. Should a refund be warranted, this will be deposited as a direct bank transfer into the customer’s account, minus the $200 retainer. This covers the photographer for time, travel and professional expertise during the photography session.

Gift cards are not eligible for a refund.

Delivery Policy

If you are located within 50kms of Albury/Wodonga we will delivery your finished works to you.  If located outside the area shipping will be calculated based on size and location.  Pick up is also available.
